Recently, TKDN (Tiankai Southeast) officially launched the shipment of a customized high-rise industrial steel structure loading building, marking another successful delivery of heavy-duty industrialsteel structure equipment by TKDN. This batch of steel structure products is tailor-made for bulk material loading and transportation scenarios, with superior structural performance and stable quality, fully demonstrating TKDN’s professional manufacturing strength in the field of industrial steel structure customization.
The TKDN industrial steel structure loading building is a complete high-rise integrated loading system, which is scientifically divided into three core functional parts: quantitative loading tower, quantitative bin and buffer bin. Each functional area of the steel structure is precisely designed and independently manufactured, realizing integrated functions of material caching, quantitative weighing and automatic loading, which can meet the efficient and continuous operation needs of industrial bulk materials.
In terms of material selection, the entiresteel structure of the TKDN loading building adopts high-quality Q355B steel, a high-strength low-alloy structural steel material widely used in heavy industrial equipment. This material endows the steel structure with excellent compression resistance, shock resistance and structural stability, effectively adapting to the long-term dynamic load working environment of mine, port and bulk cargo terminals. The total steel consumption of the entire TKDN steel structure project is about 350 tons.
