Our steel structure pedestrian overpass project is advancing steadily. The total length of the pedestrian overpass is 71 m, main span reaches 66 m, deck width 4 m and overall height 16 m. The whole bridge is fully constructed of steel structure.
The main material adopted is Q345QD bridge‑grade steel, which features excellent low‑temperature toughness and anti‑fatigue performance for complex outdoor loading conditions. A total of 15 sets of sleeve‑adjustable fork‑ear suspender rods are equipped for the full bridge, enabling precise installation adjustment, minimizing assembly errors and improving overall structural stability.
Compared with conventional concrete bridges, the steel‑structure pedestrian overpass has light self‑weight and fast on‑site erection. All major components are prefabricated in factory to reduce site workload, widely applied in urban road intersections, industrial parks and transport hubs.
