Overview of industrial base
Hongxing Southeast Building Technology (Xinjiang) Co., Ltd.’s Intelligent Manufacturing Industrial Base was officially put into operation in July 2025. Located in the Changji National High-Tech Industrial Development Zone, it is a major new capacity project in the field of prefabricated steel structure buildings in Xinjiang.
In March 2024, Changji National High-Tech Zone signed an agreement with Hongxing Southeast for the Intelligent Manufacturing Industrial Base project with a total investment of 300 million yuan. The enterprise successfully settled in April, renovated idle factory buildings for construction, and achieved phase I production in July 2025. Covering an area of 160 mu, the base has 72,000 square meters of factory buildings, 8 intelligent production lines, 58 cranes of various tonnages with a maximum lifting capacity of 100 tons, and 6 production workshops, positioning itself around green environmental protection and intelligent manufacturing. It has an annual production capacity of 100,000 tons of steel structures. Since its launch in July, it has produced 1,500–2,000 tons of steel structure products per month, with orders scheduled through 2026, supplying both the Xinjiang market and Central Asian markets.
Fully digital control of production process
Hongxing Southeast Building Technology (Xinjiang) Co., Ltd. specializes in products such as box columns, cross columns, long-span spatial steel structures, and factory steel structures, which have been applied in key projects including the Hetian Oil Mine and large-scale spatial structures in Kashgar. In the future, it will expand into public building sectors such as museums, sports venues, airports, and bridges, and further enter the Central Asian market.
The production process is under full digital control, enabling full-process traceability and regulation. Green construction technologies are adopted to optimize processes and reduce energy consumption. A professional quality inspection team and advanced testing equipment are in place to ensure product quality.
The commissioning of Hongxing Southeast Building Technology (Xinjiang) Co., Ltd.’s Intelligent Manufacturing Industrial Base not only fills the capacity gap in Xinjiang’s prefabricated steel structure building sector but also lays a foundation for radiating the Central Asian market by leveraging the geographical advantages of the “Belt and Road Initiative.” It is of great significance to the high-quality development of the local industrial economy and the improvement of the new building materials industrial chain.
