It covers a land area of 5,843.61 m², with 17 floors above ground and 3 floors underground, and a building height of 69.95 m.
Tiankai Southeast Green Building Technology (Henan) Co., Ltd. participated as a high-rise steel structure professional subcontractor, providing integrated services including detailed design, component fabrication, on-site installation, and BIM collaboration, focusing on the efficient construction and intelligent adaptation of the 17-story high-rise frame-core tube steel structure system.
Detailed Design & BIM Collaboration
Tiankai Southeast supported the construction unit in detailed design and BIM collaboration, completing the detailed construction drawing design for the frame-core tube system. It focused on optimizing the details of core tube steel columns, floor steel beams, and steel truss joints to ensure vertical stiffness and horizontal lateral resistance performance.Using BIM modeling for clash detection and construction simulation, the company resolved interface issues between steel structures, MEP, and curtain walls in advance, with component dimensional errors controlled within 3 mm.
On-site Installation & Quality Control
Together with the construction unit, Tiankai Southeast completed segmented hoisting + high-altitude assembly of core tube steel columns and synchronous installation of frame beams and columns, ensuring the accuracy and schedule of the 17-story main structure.The company implemented 100% non-destructive testing (NDT) for critical welds and strictly complied with high-rise steel structure installation specifications, coordinating with the general contractor to advance process handover. It also supported reserved and embedded MEP pipelines for smart buildings, ensuring the subsequent construction of intelligent systems.
