Case Overview
The Baihe New Material and Precision Manufacturing Industrial Park Construction Project is developed and constructed under the leadership of Baihe Abrasives & Grinding Tools Co., Ltd. It is a key construction project of Zhengzhou City and Xingyang City, and has been successfully included in the third batch of small and micro industrial parks in Zhengzhou City.
Covering a total area of 212 mu with a total investment of 400 million yuan and a planned construction area of 142,000 square meters, the park focuses on three core sectors: superhard materials, lab-grown diamonds and new materials. Meanwhile, it deploys precision manufacturing and intelligent logistics industries related to the industrial chain, thus building an industrial ecosystem with upstream and downstream collaboration.
Ingenious Design Concept
The park has invited a top domestic design team to take charge of the planning. With in-depth considerations from five dimensions including site selection, products, services, aesthetics and culture, it aims to create a regional benchmark industrial carrier with stringent standards.
Adhering to the design principle of “Industrial yet Technological, Fashionable yet Stable”, the project accurately meets the triple needs of modern industrial plants for practicality, comfort and aesthetics, and builds a high-quality industrial settlement platform integrating production, R&D and office functions for contemporary entrepreneurs.
Diversified Product Layout
The park plans a diversified range of workshop products to meet the development needs of different enterprises:
- Single-story steel-structured workshops with a height of 13 meters: Suitable for placing large-scale production equipment and carrying out heavy-duty process production, featuring spacious space and strong practicality.
- Two/three-story frame-type detached workshops: Combining both production and office functions with strong independent property rights, they meet the needs of enterprises for personalized customization and brand display.
- Four-story frame-type stratified workshops: With flexibly divisible space, they are suitable for the integrated needs of R&D, light-duty production and office work of small and medium-sized enterprises.
Upon completion, the industrial park will become a modern high-tech industrial complex integrating production, R&D and comprehensive services.
