The company is a professional manufacturer engaged in the design, production and installation of prefabricated buildings, including prefabricated residences, multi-story (super high-rise) steel structures, large-span spatial pipe truss steel structures, factory building steel structures and green building materials .

Tiankai Southeast was jointly initiated and established by Henan Tiankai Group and Zhejiang Southeast Space Frame Co., Ltd. (Stock Code: 002135) . In August 2020, the two parties signed a strategic cooperation agreement and founded Tiankai Southeast Green Building Technology (Henan) Co., Ltd. The first phase of the project covers an area of 108 mu, with an investment of approximately 400 million yuan, and it has been developed into a production base capable of processing 60,000 tons of steel structures annually.

Tiankai Southeast will leverage the independently developed steel structure and space frame system technologies and resources of Zhejiang Southeast Space Frame Co., Ltd. It also shares the latter’s ten core technologies, more than 200 patented technologies, scientific research achievements as well as its academician workstation.
